CLAUSULE INZAKE BEZWAAR BIJ DE MINISTER / ZAKEN

Een ieder wiens belang rechtstreeks bij dit besluit is betrokken, kan daartegen binnen vier weken na de dag waarop de beschikking is uitgereikt c.q. is verzonden bij de Minister van Buitenlandse Zaken bezwaar aantekenen.

Het bezwaarschrift dient te worden gericht aan de Directie Consulaire Zaken, Afdeling Bezwaar en Beroep Consulaire Zaken (DCZ/BC) van het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, Postbus 20061, 2500 EB Den Haag, Nederland. Het bezwaarschrift dient op grond van artikel 6:5 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb) te zijn ondertekend en dient tenminste te bevatten de naam en het adres van de indiener, de dagtekening en een omschrijving van het besluit waartegen het bezwaar is gericht, alsmede de gronden van het bezwaar.

CAUSE DE RÉCLAMATION / AFFAIRES

Toute personne dont les intérêts sont directement touchés par la présente décision peut contester ladite décision auprès du ministre des Affaires étrangères, dans une délai de quatre semaines à compter du jour où elle lui a été notifée ou envoyée par le ministre des Affaires étrangères.

 La lettre de réclamation doit être adressée à la Direction Affaires consulaires, division Recours et Procédures d’appel en matière consulaire (Directie Consulaire Zaken, afdeling Bezwaar en Beroep Consulaire Zaken – DCZ/BC) , au ministère des Affaires étrangères, boîte postale 20061, 2500 EB La Haye, Pays-Bas.

 Conformément à l’article 6:5 de la loit générale sur les procédures administratives (Algemene wet bestuursrecht – Awb) , la lettre de réclamation doit être signée et indiquer au moins le nom et l’adresse du réclamant, la date et une description de la décision contestée, ainsi que les motifs de la réclamation.

NOTICE OF OBJECTION / BUSINESS

Everyone directly affected by this decision may lodge an objection with the Minister of Foreign Affairs within four weeks of the date on which the decision was given and/of mailed.

The notice of objection should be addressed to the Consular Affairs Objections and Appeals Division of the Consular Affairs Department (DCZ/BC) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Postbus 20061, 2500 EB Den Haag, The Netherlands.

Pursuant to section 6:5 of the General Administrative Law Act (AWB), the notice of objection should be signed and should contain in any event the name and address of the person lodging the objection, the date and a description of the original decision refusing the visa, and the grounds for objection.
